When your body is sick in any way, the pH gets altered. Your body does its best to keep up with the extra acid produced. When you can’t keep up, illness occurs. Disease is a degradation of the optimal functioning of the cells in your body. The disease occurs through poor eating habits, overwork, saturation of emotions, ingestion of too much cooked food, too much sugar, salt, caffeine, medications, vaccines, tension, depression, lack of adequate rest, lack of exercise, environmental pollution air / water / food and retention of metabolic wastes (constipation). The only effective way to “cure” the disease is to eliminate the causes.

Can we stop the disease or reverse the dying symptoms? Yes. How? We have to cleanse our life with optimal nutrition, special diets, cleansing programs, specific vitamins and supplements, fresh juices, herbs and other natural therapies that do not harm the body over time. We must change our lifestyle habits and our way of thinking. We need to find a balance between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our life.

All cures come first from the central core of your body, then progress outward and from your upper body to your feet and in the reverse order that the symptoms first appeared.

So how do you detoxify? It cannot be done overnight. You took the time to accumulate those toxins. If you go too fast, your body will go into a healing crisis that we will talk about at the end of this article. Plan a four-month program.

The body must be cleansed in this order: intestines, liver, kidneys, blood and lymph.

Intestinal detoxification – Start of the process: Eat more fresh, raw fruits and vegetables. The more varied the colors, the better and more balanced the cleaning will be. Some of my favorite fruits and vegetables to keep my body in top shape include: apples, carrots, watermelon, tayberries, raspberries, cherries, papaya, parsley, ginger, broccoli, and zucchini. These provide fiber and fluid for the intestines to move, improve oxygen utilization, help burn waste products in the system, and stabilize the pH of the blood, making the body more alkaline. When the body is alkaline, it has energy to fight disease so that it can detoxify and rebuild itself. Cut down on cheese, meat, poultry, and refined foods. Eliminate packaged items. Eat more eggs.

For chronic constipation problems, my favorite product is Nature’s Sunshine LBS II. It is not addictive and you can permanently change your bowel habits with just a few months of adding it to your supplement program. Some people prefer to add coffee enemas or colon hydrotherapy. This is good, but don’t go overboard with coffee enemas. Three per week should be the maximum number of coffee enemas in the detox program. And if your problem is loose intestines, irritable bowel syndrome, or Crohn’s disease, you may want to add intestinal pathogens nosode drops for parasites and large intestine RET drops for emotions associated with intestinal imbalance.

RET emotional remedies: These wonderful homeopathic / flower essence combinations were developed by Professional Health Formulations to help with the emotional aspects of physical symptoms within the body. Seventy percent of all pathological processes have some emotional component. So if you’re doing all the right things and taking all the right medications, supplements, and diet for something and it’s still not working, these drops can be your ticket.

Note: Cooked, processed, or pasteurized fruits and vegetables lack enzymes. Heat kills many vitamins, and cooked fruits make the body more acidic. Eating three servings EACH of raw fruits, raw vegetables, and cooked vegetables (that’s nine servings total) is the minimum for optimal health, but you’ll want to take five servings of each per day for a total of 15 servings / day in one detox. Juicing is an easy way to consume those servings. Adding some raw beet juice and bitter green vegetables will stimulate your gallbladder to get things moving.

Intravenous chelation is Cadillac’s treatment to get rid of heavy metals from your system, but I have found that carob powder works quite well too. It is cheap and it is available. The dose is ¾ teaspoon once a day for 30 days. If you are struggling with allergies, anger, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, glaucoma, or cancer, you will want to add a few drops of Liver RET.

Kidney detoxification: Once you’ve completed the liver cleanse, the kidneys come next, so add Sugar Free Cranberry Concentrate to your diet rich in fruits and vegetables. One teaspoon a day for six weeks. My favorite brands are Hains® and Tree of Life®. This product comes in 8 to 16 ounce bottles. It is not the frozen juice or concentrate that you buy on Juice Island. Look for it in the nutritional supplements at your local health food store. Eat lots of ginger, parsley, and watermelon. Kidney RET Emotional Remedy is added at this point if the person is experiencing nervousness, fear, anxiety, dread, or concern in their personality traits. I also add Myrrh Gum Powder at this time to help with yeast and purification. Take up to four capsules / day for approximately nine weeks, depending on the severity of yeast you may have in your system.

Blood and lymph detoxification: This is the final step of the process and should occur in about the fourth month of your detox process. Now add some push root tincture at 12 drops / day to get the lymph moving. Signs of lymphatic and circulatory stasis include fluid retention, fibrocystic breasts, elevated prostate-specific antigen, and lymphatic cancers. Irish moss will help balance cell salts and keep eating that parsley. Add ¾ teaspoon molasses daily to add minerals and iron. So how do you know when you are detoxing too fast? Symptoms of a healing crisis may include: fever, swollen limbs / face, headaches, mucosal displacement, weakness, weight loss, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and other digestive disorders, recurring pains, worsening of existing symptoms , rapid pulse, skin rashes, and some say they feel like their world is “collapsing”.
